Adjustable tension lets you feel the 'burn' in your legs. The display is nice and large. Lets you exercise based on speed, time, or distance. Wish it had a heart rate monitor. I mean isn't that the whole point of exercise? No big deal, I just use a pulse oximeter on my finger to keep an eye on my heart rate. This bike is a great motivator for exercizing, I aim to do 4 miles each time and as I get going I sometimes play around and really crank up the speed and see if I can maintain 20 mph. Once the 'burn' in my legs gets intense I slow it down to recover then speed up again. It's a great way to get your heart ramping up and down. Bike is nice and compact. Has wheels in the front cross bar so its easy to move around. Not to heavy at all. Bike does not 'twist' while using. There's an adjustment under the middle bar and the rear cross bars have 'cams' that you can rotate to make sure the bike is perfectly level on the floor. Virtually silent machine. The seat is... Made from 1" X 2" rectangle and 2" round, 14 gauge Steel tubing, the Marcy Recumbent Bike from Impex Fitness features magnetic resistance with eight preset levels of resistance, adjustable seat height for individual user leg lengths and easy to read computer screen that displays scan, speed, distance, time, odometer and calories burned with a single button touch. Enter and exit the bike safely and easily with the step through frame and keep the back supported with the comfortable recumbent seating position. Pedal in comfort while seated on the high density foam and durable vinyl covered seat, foam covered assist bars and handle bars, weighted and counterbalanced pedals with adjustable foot straps. The frame is finished with a durable powder coat finish and the shroud cover is made of molded ABS. The computer panel is battery powered, requiring 2 AA type batteries that are not included. A 2 year manufacturer's limited warranty is included.
