It is very well-built, easy to assemble, and the features are pretty much the best you can ask for at this price point. It is whisper-quiet without any clunks or wobbles in the mechanism. One nice thing about this bike that I didn't consider when I purchased it is that it has the 9/16" pedal threads (a lot of these bikes have 1/2" on a 1-piece crank) which allowed me to install Shimano SPD pedals on it. The adjustability on this thing is fantastic - I'm 6'6", and can ride it comfortably with room to spare - albeit not much - and with the seat fully forward, a small child could ride it. The only downfalls I can think of are that the seat is a little slippery, so you have to carefully consider what you are going to wear before you start riding. The box showed bumps from handling but the bike was in perfect condition inside. Assembly went smooth other than one spot of welding slag that had to be removed before some parts fit. Took just over an hour by myself. The bike linked to my iPhone aps with no effort and the bike itself works great. Setup was easy and the bike is remarkable quiet in operation. Nautilus has been good with sending out technicians, but the technicians they send out are from a local third party which doesn't like to work with the customer and I've had to call Nautilus to intervene each time. Both times it appears that the bearings in the sub wheel assembly have broken. Now, I do like working out at higher resistance levels so that might account for the sub assembly breaking,Update: 12/17/2014 - So I've had the bike for about 3 weeks now and I think my four stars still hold true. My initial concern with the seat feeling like it might break still holds true, but I will say it is the most comfortable bike seat I've ever used. All past bikes I've had to get a cushion, but this one is nice.
